Newly registered or transferred .DE domains or name server changes are usually updated at DENIC within 5 to 10 minutes. They then contain all changes that were confirmed by DENIC before the last update.
Name server changes from gTLDs such as .COM, .NET, .ORG or .INFO are carried out immediately. Such domains can usually be reached right away or within a few hours.
For all other TLDs, the domain should be registered at the responsible nameservers of the Registry after 24 hours at the latest.
