My hosting has been deactivated. How can I reactivate it?

If the credit for the renewal of your hosting package at INWX is not sufficient, it will be deactivated for about 4 weeks. You will also receive a detailed information about this by email. In addition, the following text will be displayed instead of your website:

"The accessed domain is currently unavailable.
The domain owner or the administrative contact should have been informed about the problems by now. We therefore expect them to be resolved shortly.
However, if you as the domain owner or administrative contact have not yet been informed about the difficulties, this may be due to the fact that we have not been able to reach you. In this case, please contact your provider."

You can reactivate your hosting package via your customer account at any time up until the deletion date specified in the email. To do so, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your customer account at www.inwx.com with your access data and click on the Hosting menu item in the menu on the left.
2. Now click on the button Renew.
3. Now complete the extension of your hosting package in the shopping cart.

After you have completed the payment process, your hosting package will be reactivated shortly and your websites, email addresses and databases will be accessible and active again. For a quick reactivation, we recommend PayPal or credit card as your payment method. When paying by bank transfer, please note the bank transit time of two to three business days and pay attention to the specified deletion date in the email you received from us.

Important: Please pay attention to the deletion date in our email! After this date your hosting package will be irrevocably deleted including all existing data (webspace, emails, databases)! If you are not able to reactivate your account in time, please contact our support immediately to prevent the loss of your data!
