I can not log in because my e-mail address has changed.

Of course it is possible to change your e-mail address. To enable us to set a new e-mail the system for you, we need valid proof of Identity. Please understand for our high safety requirements, since accounts are bound to the e-mail address, and therefore give access to all domains.

For private persons and sole proprietorship:

Please send us e.g. a two-sided copy of your ID via FAX to 030 / 66 400 138 or via e-mail to support@inwx.de.

 

If you can only provide a passport or the address of your ID is different from the address you have entered into our system, we will require proof that you are living or have previously lived there. A copy of an official writing to the address will be sufficient to proof your identity. 

Please declare your intention to change the e-mail address on a separate document or written on the copy itself. Make sure to mention the new e-mail address and if possible your customer number. Sign the declaration in any case. 


For registered businesses:

Please send us a copy of your trade register excerpt. Please also declare your intention to change the e-mail address in a letter printed with the official letterhead of the company. Make sure to mention the new e-mail address and if possible your customer number. Sign this declaration in any case.

If a company is already in liquidation, the above points do not apply. Instead, the person appointed to administer the insolvency must contact us.
