If you have received a request from INWX to verify your contact data, we need a document confirming your name and address.
Should the data we have on file not be current, you must first update this information before we can successfully complete the verification.
Update your address
You can easily update your address in the customer area:
- Log in to the customer area
- Go to "Domain Contacts"
- Click the edit icon next to the relevant contact to edit it
- Update the address
- Save your changes
Update your name
The name of a domain contact cannot be simply edited. For most domain extensions, a change of owner is required. To do this, create a new domain contact with the correct information and perform an update or trade to this new contact.
