How can I restore a domain?

If a domain has not been renewed, it can be restored via the customer area. This is possible free of charge if the status of the domain is "DELETE SCHEDULED" or "PUSH SCHEDULED". Please make sure that you have sufficient credit so that the domain can be renewed the following night or else the domain will expire again.

Depending on the domain extension, a restore is also possible in a grace period after the initiation of the deletion - usually 30 days - in the status "EXPIRE INITIATED" and in the status "DELETE INITIATED". Costs are charged for the restore and will be displayed in the shopping cart. The restore fees are also listed in our price list. For many domain extensions, the restore fee already includes the renewal for another year.

In the domain list behind the domain name in question, click on "Action" to open the dropdown menu and choose "Restore" . Your domain will then be restored.

If the domain can no longer be found in the domain list, please contact our customer support.
