Domains are ususally renewed automatically. If your customer account has enough credit at the time of renewal, your domain will be renewed for 1 year at the renewal date. If your customer account does not have enough credit, domains will not be extended and will be returned to the registry. This can involve additional costs at the registry.
We will inform you in good time about the time of the renewal and the available credit with the renewal report. You will receive the renewal report at the e-mail address that you have specified in your user account.
You can also renew a domain manually. Please log in to the customer area and select the item ''Renewals“ in the left navigation menu. At the end of the line for the domain in question, you can renew the domain by clicking on "Renew". This option does not exist with all domains. The link "Renew" is only displayed for domain extensions that support manual renewal.
