How can I change my customer data?

Changing the customer data is possible in your personal customer area under “Settings” → “Customer Details”. The changes will not be effective for the owner data of your domains.

To enable us to set a new e-mail the system for you, we need valid proof of Identity.

If you can only provide a passport or the address of your ID is different from the address you have entered into our system, we will require proof that you are living or have previously lived there. A copy of an official writing to the address will be sufficient to proof your identity.

Please declare your intention to change the e-mail address on a separate document or written on the copy itself. Make sure to mention the new e-mail address and if possible your customer number. Sign the declaration in any case.
