You can enter your VAT ID number in the customer area under "Settings" -> "Customer data" after we have successfully checked your master data.
The entered VAT ID number will then be checked at the Federal Central Tax Office. If the check is successful, we will charge net in the future, provided that no sales have been made in the current billing period. Otherwise, the application must be additionally approved by us.
In case the verification failed you will be informed about the reason. Please induce a renewed check of you VAT No.
Note that we only charge net prices after successful verification of your VAT. No. When net prices are effective, you will see “VAT: 0%” under “Customer Details” > "Overview".
