You will receive the renewal report from us by e-mail, which will inform you about upcoming renewals and the necessary credit.
In addition, you can set a limit at which you would like to be notified by e-mail. If you fall below the set balance, you will be notified by us.
To activate this function, click on Customer details in your customer account in the left side menu. Go to the tab Notifications. Under Low account balance notification you can set the value or deactivate the notification again.
