Newly registered or transferred .DE domains or name server changes are usually updated at DENIC within five to ten minutes and then contain all changes that were confirmed by DENIC before the last update.
Name server changes of gTLDs such as .COM, .NET, .ORG or .INFO are carried out immediately. Such domains are usually accessible immediately or within a few hours.
For all other TLDs, the domain should be registered with the respective registries' nameservers after 24 hours at the latest.
