How do I create ALIAS records?

    Click on Nameserver on the left side of the customer area and then on the little eye symbol to modify the respective domain. If a ALIAS record already exists, you can modify it.


    To create a new ALIAS record, follow the subsequent steps:


    1. Click on Add DNS entry.
    2. Leave the Name field empty.
    3. Choose ALIAS for Type.
    4. Enter the ALIAS address into the field Value.
    5. To conclude the modifications, click on Save.

    Please note: If you create ALIAS records for a domain, DNSSEC will not work or will have limited functionality.


    For subdomains like 'www' please use CNAME as type.
