How can I forward a domain to an IP address (A/AAAA record)?

    Of course it is possible to forward a domain to an IP address. To set an A record please follow the subsequent steps:

    Method 1:

    1. Log into the customer area.
    2. Choose the menu item Domain and then Domain List.
    3. Choose Forwarding next to the respective domain name.
    4. Click on the tab IP address and enter the IP address into the field IP address.
    5. By clicking on Update the A records will automatically be created.

    Method 2:

    Click on Nameserver on the left side of the customer area and then on the modify button of the respective domain. If A / AAAA (IPv6) records already exist, you can modify those.

    To create new A/AAAA records, please follow the subsequent steps:

    1. Click on Add DNS entry.
    2. Leave the Name field empty.
    3. Choose A or AAAA (IPv6) as type.
    4. Enter the IP address of the server into the field value.
    5. To conclude the modifications, click on Save.
