If you made some changes under Nameserver you might not see the changes, in case you just have visited the website you made changes for. This is because your Internet service provider caches the resolved IP address for the IP address you are using at this point.
Your changes will be visible to most other Internet users, who did not visit your site frequently.
Normally, Internet Service providers renew the data in their DNS Cache within 4 hours, but in some cases it might well take 24 hours.
Usually, it should be enough to disconnect your internet connection and restart it. With the new IP address you received from the internet service provider, you should be able to see the current content.
If this did not help you, we suggest to wait 24 hours.
