1. Add a new account in the Outlook app. Enter the email address that you want to retrieve with Outlook.
2. In the next step, select IMAP as the email provider.
3. Then set up the account according to the screenshots.

IMAP host name: You will see this under the menu item Hosting (left side menu) in your customer area. Enter only the incoming mail server that you get displayed under Hosting.
IMAP port: 143
Port security: STARTTLS
IMAP username: As a general rule, please use your complete email address as the username for your email account, e.g. name@ihredomain.de.
IMAP password = The password you have assigned to this email address.

SMTP hostname: You can see this under the menu item Hosting (left side menu) in your customer area. Enter only the outgoing mail server that is displayed under Hosting.
SMTP port: 25
Port security: STARTTLS
SMTP username: As a general rule, please use your full email address as the username for your email account, e.g. name@yourdomain.com.
SMTP password: The password you have assigned to this email address.
Lastly, press the Log In button so that Outlook can complete the setup.
