In case a domain verification is necessary, the domain owner has 15 days to verify the e-mail address after the domain has been sent. If the verification does not take place within 15 days, the domain will be deactivated.
To make sure that our customer can prevent the domain from getting deactivated, we send an e-mail reminder after 10 days. The e-mail will be send to the address, that the account holder has entered. So, more time will remain for our customer to inform his customers, in case they have not verified the domain contact yet.
In case you manually start but not complete the verification process through our customer area, despite the registry did not make it mandatory to verify the domain, the domain will not be deactivated. The term of 15 days counts, after verification through the registry becomes necessary.
