How will I notice if a validation was successful?

    The current status can be found in the “Domain List” and the menu item “Domain Contacts”. To check the status just follow the subsequent steps:

    1. Log in to the customer area.
    2. Click on the menu item “Domain List”.
    3. Click on the respective domain name
    4. In the line “Registrant”, a symbol picturing a person can be found:
    • If the symbol contains a green check mark, the validation was successful.
    • If the symbol contains a yellow exclamation mark, a disconnection because of missing validation is pending
    • If the symbol contains a red X, the domain has been deactivated because of missing validation
    • If a person symbol without any check mark, X or exclamation is being displayed, no validation e-mail has been sent.

    Please take note that, not all the displayed domain contacts are immediately due. If a verification is necessary, the domain owner will automatically receive an e-mail.
