How can reactivate a domain?

To activate a domain, click on the link in the e-mail that has been sent to the domain owner a while ago. The e-mail had the subject “Bestätigung Ihres Domain-Kontakts / Verification of your domain contact”.

In case you did not receive the e-mail, please let it be resent. Please follow the subsequent steps:

1. Log in to the customer area.
2. Click on the menu item “Domain List”.
3. Click on the respective domain name.
4. In the line “Registrant” click on the yellow exclamation mark next to the name of the domain owner.
5. A window will pop up and display the e-mail address that you want to use.
6. Click on "E-Mail versenden".
   

Please verify the link that has been sent to you via e-mail. The e-mail address was then successfully validated. For your safety we will NOT ask for your user data.
