AUTHCodes for moving a .BE domain to another provider, can not be acquired in the customer area. The Codes can be requested with the new registrar and the registry.
Address the new provider directly or go to https://www.dns.be. There you should do a whois Lookup to check for the domain name. After performing a Lookup, you can request a Transfer Code. The AUTHCode for the transfer will be send to the e-mail in the whois data.
