The transfer will proceed in real-time, if the AUTHCode is correct.
gTLDs like .COM, .NET, .ORG and some ccTLDs like .AG, .BZ, .COM.DE, .IN, .LA, .LC, .ME, .MN, .PW, .SC, .VC:
The status TRANSFER STARTED means, that the transfer is active and we need the validation of the current registrar. As soon as the transfer has been approved, we will finalize the transfer within minutes. If there is no response from the current registrar after 5 days, there will be an automatic approval by the registry on the 6th day.
The status TRANSFER INITIATED means that the verification e-mail to the registrant was not yet confirmed.
