Do I receive a warning when falling below the necessary balance in my customer account?

You receive renewal reports via e-mail, which inform you about the upcoming renewals and the necessary sum to renew the domains.

Additionally, you can set a limit at which you will be notified. In case you fall below the set balance, we will inform you.

To activate this function, please click on “Settings”, “Customer Details”. You can set the value under the tab “Low Balance Notification” or deactivate the notification.
