I have an email address and I'm not receiving any emails. What can I do?

In order to receive emails, the domain needs to be linked to your hosting package.
To do this, perform the following steps.

1. log in to the customer area.
2. Click on the Hosting menu item.
3. make a note of the mail server in the Settings for email section.
4. click on the menu item Domain list.
5. select the action Forwarding after the domain concerned at the end of the line.
6. In the window that opens, click on the Mail server tab.
7. enter the previously noted mail server and click Update.

Then the domain will be associated with the mailspace. The implementation may take some time depending on the worldwide name servers.
