If you no longer know your access data for your email address, you can change it in the Froxlor hosting interface. The prerequisite is that you use the email address with a hosting package booked with us. Otherwise, you can only contact your email hosting provider.
To change or reassign your password for your email account, please follow these steps:
Log into your customer area at www.inwx.com.
Click on Hosting in the left navigation menu.
In the Hosting section, click Manage.
A new browser tab will open automatically with the Froxlor server administration interface.
In Froxlor, click Addresses in the Email section.
An overview of all created email addresses is now displayed.
To edit the email address in question, click on the pencil icon at the end of the line.
In the Account line, click Change password.
You can now enter a new password (or copy and paste the password suggestion).
Finish the process by clicking on Save.
Froxlor can now be closed.
You can then use your email box with the new password.
Use the full email address as the username and the password of your choice as the password. The incoming mail server and outgoing mail server are displayed in the customer area under the Hosting menu item.
